  • The vehicle has undisclosed major defects at the time of delivery
  • The order is canceled within the allowed cancellation period

All refund requests must be submitted with valid proof and supporting documentation.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect vehicle performance
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

3. Inspection Requirement

Customers are required to inspect the vehicle upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the vehicle. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the refund request.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received, our team will review and investigate the claim. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before the vehicle has been shipped. Once the shipping process has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Restocking & Administrative Fees

Approved refunds may be subject to restocking or administrative fees depending on the circumstances of the return.

8. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.

9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
